Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment is confirmed.

Pre-order items will have the expected dispatch date listed on the product page. These items are produced in limited batches and shipped once production is completed.

Delivery Options

We use the following Royal Mail services:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days

All orders are issued with a tracking number, sent by email once dispatch is complete.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

Peak shipping periods
Postal service disruptions
Circumstances outside of our control

Suren is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders sent to incorrectly supplied addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed beyond expected delivery times, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally but are working to expand shipping options soon.
