Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Suren purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

 

Returns

 

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

 

To qualify for a return, items must be:

 

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

Important – NFC Technology Policy

 

All Suren garments feature integrated NFC technology.

 

For hygiene, security and platform integrity reasons:

 

Items will NOT be eligible for return or refund if the NFC label or chip has been tampered with, damaged, removed, scanned excessively, altered or forced open in any way.

 

Once the NFC chip has been activated or compromised, the item becomes non-returnable.

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

 

If you need a different size or style:

 

  1. Return your item (subject to eligibility above).

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a tracked postal service - Suren cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Refund Processing

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days once the return is received and approved.

Pre-Order Terms

 

Pre-order items are produced in limited runs once orders are placed.

 

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.

 

Once your item has shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

Refunds on Pre-Orders

 

Pre-orders can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

 

After this 24-hour window:

 

• Orders move directly into production

• Pre-orders become non-refundable

 

This policy ensures we can commit confidently to small-batch manufacturing and maintain product quality.

Delays

 

Pre-order shipping dates are estimated and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain factors. Customers will be notified of any updates.

 

Delivery delays alone do not qualify for refunds.

Faulty Items

 

If a pre-order arrives damaged or defective, our standard returns process still applies - contact us within 48 hours for support.
