1. General

 

These Terms govern all use of the Suren website and all purchases made through it.

Suren reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without notice.

 

2. Our Products

 

Suren produces limited-run streetwear garments that may feature integrated NFC technology, unlocking digital experiences such as Suren FM.

 

All product imagery is for display purposes. Colour shades, fabric feel and fit may vary slightly due to photography or manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

​

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes

• Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and approved payment providers

• Orders are not accepted until payment has cleared in full

 

Suren reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction where necessary.

4. Pre-Orders

 

Some products are offered as pre-orders and are produced once orders are placed.

​

Cancellation & Refunds

 

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is dispatched.

 

Once your order has shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

Shipping Estimates

​

Estimated dispatch dates are shown on product pages and may vary due to production schedules or supply availability. Customers will receive tracking details once their order has shipped.

Faulty Items

 

Faulty items are covered fully under our returns policy.

 

5. Shipping

​

We ship orders within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

 

Delivery times shown are estimates only. Suren cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by Royal Mail or external factors.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

​

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

 

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

 

Exchanges are not currently offered. Customers wishing to replace an item may return it (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

NFC Garment Policy

​

Some Suren garments contain NFC technology which unlocks digital content and experiences.

 

For security and platform integrity:

 

Items are not eligible for return or refund if the NFC label, chip, or integrated tag has been tampered with, damaged, removed, altered or forcibly accessed.

 

Once compromised, the garment becomes ineligible for return or refund.

 

7. Suren FM & Digital Access

Digital content unlocked via NFC technology is:

 

• Non-transferable

• Provided without guaranteed timelines, updates, or durations

• Subject to modification or removal at Suren’s discretion

 

Suren does not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital platforms or future content uploads.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All branding, designs, products, imagery, videos, written content and digital experiences are the intellectual property of Suren.

 

Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Events & Experiences

 

Tickets or invitations for Suren events or experiences (including VR exhibitions) are:

 

• Subject to availability and venue capacity

• Non-transferable unless stated otherwise

• Non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Suren

 

Suren reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees that breach event terms or conduct policies.

10. Liability

​

Suren is not responsible for:

 

• Delivery delays

• Loss relating to incorrect address entry

• Disruptions to digital services

• Customer misuse of NFC-enabled garments

 

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

 

11. Privacy

​

Your personal data is processed responsibly in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
